Buying accessories, especially golden South Sea pearl jewellery, is an investment that requires consideration and reflection. We will attend to your enquiry as soon as feasible and within 24 hours.
After you have chosen your item and added it to your shopping cart, please enter your delivery information and credit card information, then press “Approve order”. When your credit card issuer has approved your credit card information, the item will be registered as purchased.
We will confirm your order with an electronic invoice by email immediately after you have approved your purchase. All prices on the website include the Danish VAT. The delivery address you select determines if the VAT should be deducted from the total price. The VAT of goods delivered to an EU country (as well as Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway and Switzerland) will remain part of the purchase price. The price of the goods delivered to a country outside the EU will be without VAT (- 20%). The customs duty will be calculated and charged in the recipient's home country independently of LIZA CASTRO.
LIZA CASTRO is approved by PBS to handle payments made via Visa/Visa Electron/VPay, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB, Diners/Discover.
LIZA CASTRO uses the SECURE Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which means that credit card numbers and other information during the PBS transaction cannot be read by unauthorised persons. Webshops that use SSL in their payment systems protect customers from risks of credit card misuse.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when your item has been shipped.
The delivery time is usually 6 to 8 business days. In case of a longer delivery time, an email notification will be sent after the order has been processed.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item or 14 days after you get the last item in case several items in the same order are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be communicated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by using the standard cancellation form (download and complete it and upload in PDF).
You must bear the costs of returning the item and you bear the risks associated with the item from the time you ship it back.
If you want a receipt that we have received the returned item and the security to receive compensation if the item disappears along the way, we recommend that you return it by parcel post or as registered mail.

The condition of the item when you return it
You can try the item in the same way that you will try it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
To be sure to receive a refund, you must return the item in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.
You will lose your right to cancel your order and request a refund if you break or remove the LIZA CASTRO seal on the item. Items without the LIZA CASTRO seal will not be accepted if returned.
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the items.
