In connection with placing orders, we ask for personal information to the extent necessary to ensure correct delivery of the ordered goods. We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver your order to you. LIZA CASTRO securely stores your information in the company on PCs and in programmes with various access restrictions solely for the purpose of our accounts and as documentation of the sale.
The data responsible is LIZA CASTRO and personal information is not transmitted encrypted. LIZA CASTRO stores this information unencrypted in systems that are only accessible internally in our office and via personal password is only given access to for our management and accountant. In addition, we collaborate with Scannet.dk that stores and processes data. Scannet.dk stores information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Your personal data will be stored for a minimum of 5 years, which is required by the Accounting Act. LIZA CASTRO does not store any information about credit card numbers or account numbers in connection with purchases with payment cards. All card payments are settled via an encrypted, secure connection to secure the cardholder against misuse.
We will send you relevant marketing material and our newsletter only if you have previously given your consent, unless the law allows us to contact you without you giving your consent first. People who sign up for our newsletter are registered with their name and e-mail address. This information is stored and used only in connection with the issuance of newsletters.
