LIZA CASTRO provides delivery through Postnord (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date specified on the order as much as feasible. Timely delivery implies that Postnord complies with day-to-day delivery. Late deliveries by Postnord will consequently delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Postnord's quality target for delivery is at least 97% for packages. However, take note that this percentage is an average and can vary. LIZA CASTRO can not be held liable for delays by Postnord.  You may select the delivery date one or more days earlier to compensate for any delays.  In case of several days delay or missing orders, LIZA CASTRO will, of course, send a new order free of charge.
